Reall Solutions Terms & Conditions

 
1. All custom design services (unless otherwise stated) provided by Reall Solutions require total payment upfront before any work will commence.

2. All external charges ie. Domain name registrations and hosting must be paid by the client.

3. Any services carried out by Reall Solutions on your behalf, that are not covered in the inclusions listed for each pricing package, will incur rate of USD$35.00 per hour. This is also known as our hourly *headache* fee for clients who keep changing their minds. We will not 'surprise' you with this fee, you will be notified prior to any extra work being conducted that the work requested falls outside of the pricing package you have hired us to complete.

4. All custom work includes two revisions only.

5. If for any reason you decide not to proceed with the completion of your site, you will be charged the full package fee as our services are not tangible nor refundable in part or full.

6. We retain the copyright on all graphics, HTML coding and design concepts. This means that if you need a new banner designed, a business card or anything else that uses my artwork, then you must come back to me for the order or at least ask our permission to use the graphic and let us know what it's intended use is for. You may not share or give my graphics, HTML coding or designs to any third party.

7. Purchase/Hiring our Reall Solutions to create your website, logo or illustrations does not entitle the customer to redistribute or attempt to claim ownership of the product. You may not redistribute any products purchased from this site. If you wish to profit from any illustration or graphic design work, you MUST purchase a commercial license.

8. By hiring our services and placing an order on our site, you are agreeing to abide by our Terms and Conditions as stated.

9. We reserve the right to amend these conditions.
